Fishing Tours

Fishing is very good along the Riviera Maya, as the water flow between the island of Cozumel and the mainland creates the perfect habitat for a variety of marine life. Barracuda, Wahoo, and Kingfish can be caught throughout the year. The best months for other fish are:

  • Bonito and Tuna - January-April, July-December
  • Amberjack - January-March, October-December
  • Dorado, Sailfish, and Marlin - May-June (Sailfish and marlin are catch and release)
